Weighs approx. 8 lbs. the pair. Daniel Chester French’s best known sculpture, the solemn white marble Lincoln Memorial has presided over history since its 1922 dedication.  Lincoln Memorial bookends were a common sight throughout the 1920s and 1930s… but this J.B.Hirsch version is among the rarest, not seen in any of the reference books.  Outstanding condition with minor age-appropriate wear.
