Asian Warrior J.B. Hirsch Foundry, Circa 1930. Gray metal with celluloid face on marble-onyx base. Measures 7-1/2” high x 6” wide x 3” deep. Weighs 5-1/2 lbs. /pair. Modeled after a 1925 a sculpture called “Spear and Shield” by German sculptor Bruno Zach. Original felt bottoms. Repair to one where it was remounted to base. Hard to find in this great condition. |
