“Running Free” by Dodge – Circa 1930s. Gray metal with fine copper bronze finish. Measures 6” high x 7” long x 2-1/2” deep. Weighs 3-1/2 lbs. the pair. Although these are unmarked, the beautifully highlighted two-toned finish is a Dodge trademark. The horse looks to be Arabian in the style of a Gladys Brown sculpture. Old original felt on bottom. Paper tags long gone. Elegant bookends in pristine condition. |
